Tried to call and get an estimate for new appliances for our apartment units. The guy who answered the phone was rude, abrupt and clearly wasn’t interested in helping. When I told him the name of the product I was interested in, he kept asking me ‘what’s model number’ and when I said I wasn’t sure because I was having issues navigating the website, his response was snarky impatience. I was hoping for knowledgeable help. As a new landlord trying to navigate this, I rely on professionals who will treat me with respect, not like I’m an idiot who is wasting their time. It’s unfortunate.
