Jeff was on time, even a bit early. Explained the problem and gave me options. This is my 2nd time calling him for help and will definitely call again if the need arises and will recommend him highly.

Jeff is a very nice and caring technician. I’ve had him repair my old Wolf double oven twice now and he has had to really search to get the computer board and sensor. It was kind of a long wait but I didn’t care. I was just so glad that he was able to fix it. He also helped me find a part number so I could order replacement knobs for my cooktop. His booking and communication is great too. All around a great guy to deal with.

Jeff always does an amazing job! He is very well trained in what he does and he is very honest and easy to work with. He truly went above and beyond to help me out with a refrigerator repair recently. I would highly recommend using his services!
