Doug in the sales department is knowledgeable and helpful. My new oven is running like a champ. As for the service and repair side of things, I appreciate the timeliness and promptness of Brink, Inc in getting my equipment back up and running.

Called multiple times and phone prompts sent me to service but nobody answers. I finally called and hit sales prompt and lady on phone was rude. Then tells me they don't take on new clients. Name needs to be changed to sales not sales and service.
