Spring broke on my garage door and they came out and got it up and running again within a couple hours! The tech was easy to work with and when I stopped by the office to pay everyone was friendly and helpful! This is the second home they have done work for us in and I will keep going back! Highly recommend!
All the people at Overhead Door of Rapid City are the best. I've been working with them for a few years on all of our building projects, and highly recommend them. They've traveled to install and service doors for me throughout the Black Hills... from north of Huelett, WY to south of Edgemont, SD - west of Newcastle, WY to near Chamberlain, SD. They have many trucks on the road and work hard to get you taken care of asap. I wouldn't call anyone else to work with for overhead doors!

Used them off and on over the years. Totally trust them to do you right. Recently had new lift installed. Showed up got it done done. Pointed out I should replace my door. Plan to.
Our sensors quit working, next morning we called and James came out within hours and fixed it, checked everything and made sure we were good to go!
