I thought my computer was done for. It was slow & took about 5 minutes to even start.....then I found Jerry. Called him Tuesday morning, dropped it off to him Tuesday afternoon & by Thursday he had it running better then when I bought it! He communicated throughout the process and was very affordable so please use this review as a proclamation for Jerry's outstanding work. Cannot thank him enough for fixing my computer!
This is yet another 5-star review for Jerry! I had just spent four hours trying to be connected with the "AI Department" at HP because my newish computer was locked up. I was so frustrated that I'd actually requested a return authorization for the thing. I'm so glad I decided to call Jerry! He looked at my All-in-One PC the next day and had it up and running within 90 minutes. I can't say enough about how great his service is. Thanks, Jerry!
Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to fix my computer within a 12 hour period without having to wipe my hard drive. His services were much cheaper than i expected for what i needed done. I can't recommend him enough!
