Great service. Quick, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Had plumbing issues Friday evening and on way to get stitches I called them. They arrived and fixed issue before I hit home. It wasn’t completely fixed and when I called back Tuesday they came right out and fixed it Really appreciated them and if I ever need any work done they will be top of my list!
I was happy with the service from Rapid Rooter. They were on time and efficient. I thought I had a significant blockage in the main drain, but it turned out to be only a clogged sink. I will call them again if I have plumbing issues.
We have needed Rapid Rooter numerous times during the past few years...historic hotel in Deadwood. They have been prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We never worry that the problem will be correctly diagnosed and resolved in one visit. Will always call Rapid Rooter. Thanks guys!!!!
From a call I made at 3:30 PM I was told that this sewer backup would be passed on to the after hours crew. Since that meant that it would be after 5:00 PM, I awaited a call shortly after 5. Pete did arrive a little after 6:30 and did a great job and opened the line, so the hour plus delay was probably worth it. If the technician would have been alerted earlier, I would have given a five star review.
