Came in to get my 2020 MacBook Air looked it, it was working completely fine and then randomly died and wouldn't turn back on. They plugged it in and then someone took it into the back to 'open it up' and then came out 10 minutes later and told me it was dead. They gave me a few expensive options, then I left. A few weeks later an IT person at my mom's work offered to take a look at it and was able to replace some parts and fix it in about an hour... Now I know better not to come here trust an Apple "genius".

What in God's name is going on here. I paid for an item go in to get said item wait for an hour to be told "it's an option 6 the pickup person was changed so we need to call and verify, and call apple and this and that it's very technical" wait another half hour only to be pulled aside asked what they can do for me and then I'm told to call Apple. Apple.. I gave you money for a product to pick up at this location, go out back and get my product. We aren't selling Ferraris here, were selling garbage iPhones. You had no problem pulling the money from my account in seconds, why am I waiting hours to get my item?! Consider this order canceled I'l... What in God's name is going on here.
