Our Tech is always so friendly and so knowledgeable. When asking for opinions on upgrades not only did he talk about the benefits of it, he also sent a link for us to review and discuss without pressure. I also really liked how the office team called and was so friendly. With the office team looking out for us, I would have forgotten again to get our furnace checked out. Thank you all so much!
Had a whole-house bypass humidifier installed by APOLLO Heating, Air and Plumbing this week, and I am exicted. The technician (Tye) was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain about AprilAire humidifier. The installation was clean, he handled all the plumbing/wiring, and even showed me how to change the pad next season and use the humidifier control. Highly recommended!
Below zero temps and of course the furnace went out overnight. Woke up to 55 degrees in the house. Called Apollo, a living human answered the phone, which was awesome! Bill, the technician showed up promptly and resolved our issue. He was great. I 100% recommend calling Apollo for any of yourheating/cooling/plumbing needs.
Apollo was very easy to work with from the moment I scheduled my furnace tuneup. Everyone was so professional and courteous, in the end I wound up buying a new furnace from them because I didn’t realize mine was 21 years old and have been having some issues with it for the past two winters. Figured best to just stay ahead of a breakdown since there’s a lot of winter left!
Amazing engineers! They were very professional, no pressure sales, walked me through every question I had and stayed late to make sure everything was satisfactory to my standards. Highly recommended and will be sharing their info with everyone we know for sales and support.
