Ordered well tiles, gave the address for drop off, gave a phone number to call if there was an issue with finding it because it’s a new construction address. Called to find out where they were as it was past delivery time, and they had dropped them off to the wrong address. They admitted during the call it was a mix-up issue in the office, and they still refused to send the truck back to retrieve the well tiles and bring them to the right address. Asked us to figure out how to operate someone else’s equipment to try to get the tiles to the right location. The persons house they delivered them to does this type of work and started our project, has equipment where they dropped them, but is away for the next 10 days. In the meantime, we have a big hole in the ground, with our first tile, waiting to place our remaining tiles and cover with time limited equipment. So we get to figure out how to move 3 - 1200 pound tiles and a cover so we can get the job finished. From reviews, it seems this place has gone down hill real quickly and the owners may want to do a little study on customer satisfaction. It’s one thing to deal with difficult customers, quite another when a company blatantly messes up and refuses to fix the issue.
