They were professional, on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my system. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure the unit was working properly before leaving. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

I had a great experience with Allgood Services. I called to report an issue with my system, and they were able to come out the same day. Danny was professional and knowledgeable—he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He had to order two parts on Sunday, and as soon as they arrived, he came back out and finished fixing the unit. I really appreciated the prompt follow-up and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently as a team. The quality of their workmanship really stood out, and they took pride in doing the job right. After the installation, they did a thorough cleanup and left my home spotless, which I truly appreciated. I especially want to recognize Jalvan Knight for taking the time to carefully go over all the paperwork with me after the install. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the system and next steps, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. As a veteran, good service and integrity matter a lot to me—and AllGood Home Services delivered on both. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I had scheduled appointments on two consecutive days, for a plumbing issue, and no one showed up either day within the four-hour time window that was provided. I spent a lot of time calling and speaking with several different representatives. While everyone was polite and apologetic, there was no real resolution offered. It wasn’t until I expressed how unhappy I was and mentioned canceling altogether that I was finally offered a discounted price for the service. Even then, someone eventually arrived hours after the final appointment window, which was very frustrating. I will say the technician who showed up was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which was the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, things got worse afterward. I was sent a bill for a service that was not performed, and the amount was more than double what I was originally quoted. This was incredibly frustrating after already dealing with missed appointments and poor communication. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. While the technician did a great job, the scheduling, billing, and lack of accountability from the company made this an experience I would not want to repeat or recommend.

I needed a new water heater & piping and since I had had Allgood do my HVAC installation, I knew I would receive good service with professionalism & courtesy. My technician, John H., exceeded my expectations about turnaround time and made it all look great! Thanks Allgood Home Services!
