My GE refrigerator was making strange noises and freezing my meat rack. I call this company late at night. Surprisingly, a human picked up right away. She was professional and precise. She explained the cost and set me up for a visit the next morning. A young men (Alex I believe) arrived within the promised window, defrosted the fridge, clean up the cols in the back, removed the faulty motor, cleaned it, said that the motor needed to be changed and told me the cost.
