These folks are great! everyone i have ever worked with is very competent, and polite and prompt. They take good notes, so if my usual guy isnt able to come the other tech is able to pick up on their previous notes. Ther front office is great too !
I had Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning come out today to give me an estimate of what my home needs to be up to code, Replace my units (one is out completely), and repair my duct work in attic to improve air flow to all bedrooms. Andrew saw exactly what we were concerned with and addressed our issues. He was kind, professional, and feels very trustworthy. I recommend calling them for your HVAC needs! We highly recommend Spencer Heating and Air. They have serviced our HVACs for two years, and we plan to be customers for many years to come. In August 2024, they replaced our 15-year old attic HVAC system. Last week, they replaced our 16-year old basement HVAC. We are very pleased with both systems. Alex performed our seasonal tune-ups last week. He arrived promptly, and we appreciated his attention to detail. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting our 16-year old basement furnace. He diagnosed the problem; our heat exchanger had a hole and a few cracks. He showed me photos. The unit could not be repaired; replacement was the only option. Three days later, a 3-man crew arrived promptly at 8 am for the 8-hour project. Brandon, Fidel, and Jalen did a superb job. We highly recommend this crew; we appreciated their attention to detail. All three are very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up when the job was finished, and they respected our home throughout the project.
