UPDATE 2/14/26: I was contacted by a manager from Ned Stevens and they were able to issue me a refund for the service that was completed back in September 2025. They did offer to give me a free cleaning which I did decline because I am back on schedule with my usual company for cleanings. However, I did think it was kind of them to offer. I will note that I still am receiving mailers for the problem they found, which has been fixed by another company. The manager did promised that the mail would stop so I’m hoping that that one that I received this past week was just already sent out and they won’t be any more coming in the future. I do appreciate them doing their best to fix an issue even though it was a longer period of wait time in between the work and when I let them know that there was an issue. In the future if anyone goes to this company please know that they have a 30 day. No clog guarantee which I did not know about at the time of the work being completed by. I am happy to know more about it now. I do feel a little bit better now, knowing that if there is an issue that this company will do their best to rectify it if they can. If I could rate them a 0-star, I would. I had a very poor experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning (also known as Ned’s Home). I hired them on 9/25/25 to clean my gutters and paid $161.47. The “inspection report” I received contained only exterior photos of my property (carport, lawn, water spigot, and the door hanger on my door) and **no photos of the gutters, downspouts, or any work performed**, so I had no way to verify the service was completed. The door hanger claimed an issue was found and instructed me to call. When I did, I clearly stated I was not interested in additional services and planned to get a second opinion from my regular gutter company. Despite this, the representative repeatedly tried to upsell me. Four days later, my usual gutter company inspected the property and found the gutters still packed with pine straw and leaves in multiple areas, with very uneven cleaning. They provided photos confirming the gutters were not properly cleaned and that there were no structural or pitch issues just poor workmanship. Since that visit, I have been repeatedly harassed with mailers, emails, and phone calls from 9/2025 through 2/2026, despite clearly and repeatedly requesting no further contact. I even emailed on 1/23/26 asking all communication to stop, but received yet another sales email on 2/3/26 from a different representative. I have had to block their numbers due to persistent calls. I feel I wasted my money on subpar work and was then pressured nonstop to buy more services. This was my first experience with the company, found via Google and it will absolutely be my last. I’ve requested a refund and reported the company to the BBB.
