I’m so thankful for Lane having assisted me a while back. He explained everything so clearly, was incredibly efficient, and completed the exact repairs I needed without trying to scam me like the last company hired. This company obviously cares about quality and customer service based on my above and beyond experience. I highly recommend them.
Malik Maxwell was very professional and courteous at all times. He came for the twice yearly HVAC system service checkup. He explained everything he was doing and he was very Instrumental in Resolving an ongoing conflict, And I thank him for that.Milik also advices that I should have a UV light Installed on the upstairs unit. We had one on the new unit, but did not have one on the upstairs unit. Malik said he had the light and could install it today; which we did. Milik is an asset to your company. I gave him 5 stars, plus an additional 5 for his professional, courteous demeanor. It was a pleasure to have him do his work in such a positive manner
I would not recommend Bardi.
At first, they provided good customer service and even enrolled me in a membership plan — which, in hindsight, was my first mistake.
Recently, I called them out to inspect my unit. The technician, Blake, was at my home for about 30 minutes and then presented me with a list of repairs totaling over $5,000. Something didn’t sit right with me because the inspection didn’t feel thorough.
I decided to get a second opinion from another company. After a proper inspection, they determined that Bardi hadn’t even correctly diagnosed the issue. The actual problem was the control panel. The other company replaced it for less than one-fifth of what Bardi quoted, and now my unit is running perfectly with all issues resolved.
After that experience, I contacted Bardi to cancel my membership because I no longer felt confident in their service. I was told I couldn’t cancel and could only choose not to renew at the end of the one-year term.
I used to recommend Bardi, but after this experience, I no longer can.

Pedro came in not realizing he was going to take on a futuristic, talking toilet. (Yes, I said TALKING toilet!) He took on the job without complaint and gave his 110%. He was very thorough and honest in his work, transparent when it came to fees and payments, went above and beyond in multiple instances, and was overall incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. If he is what Bardi represents, then I’ll recommend him and the company over and over again.
I've never used Bardi before, but after the initial visit I definitely will use them in the future. Mr. Jimmy Wise came out and he was awesome. Very professional and timely and he really helped pinpoint what we need to fix up our AC unit. If your going tk request a service call make sure to ask for Jimmy you won't be disappointed.
