I was in a pinch when our brewery chiller went out on a busy Saturday which meant warm beer. Daniel got someone over to our space quickly to bandaid the issue. Unfortunately it was a pricy bandaid, and it quickly fell off. I was upset that I was out a few thousand dollars just to hold us over for 24 hours. I had another technician come in from a different company and disagree with the way they fixed things. It became a pointing fingers situation, but ended up costing me another few thousand dollars with the second technician to get us by until replacing the entire unit. Naturally I was unsatisfied having to spend so much money in the first week and was feeling uneasy about the original solution with Willis. To make things right Daniel ended up refunding me the amount I paid to have the initial service done. Not many companies would do that for an unhappy customer. Since I know Willis is willing to make things right I will reach out to them again when in a pinch.
