Very knowledgeable, respectful, and reasonably priced. I have not had a working fireplace in years and Rettinger came in and me up in running in under an hour. Super respectful, cared about it looking good as well as being safe and functional. Sure wish I had found them sooner!
Our Vermont Casting stove needed cleaning and Craig from Rettinger’s serviced it. He clearly explained what he did and how to maintain the stove. He was very helpful and friendly and we already marked on our calendar to call Rettinger for an annual cleaning next year. Highly recommended.
My fireplace hasn’t worked in over three years. Elizabeth from Rettinger came over. Had it working in less than an hour she was polite, kind, and very professional. She had to listen to my dogs barking the entire time lol. thank you so much!
