Albert Lee Appliance

We had a great experience at Albert Lee in Tacoma. They had a large selection of models in store on display, which we didn't see at the regular hardware stores we went to. The sales person was actually knowledgeable about ranges and even took the time to demonstrate boiling water on an induction stove top. The range we picked was in stock, so it was delivered two days later. I received updates on arrival time, and then the delivery team was great. They were respectful and efficient, yet took the time to do everything right. They even tested the range before leaving. I will be coming back to Albert Lee the next time I need an appliance!

Your delivery men were especially impressive. Efficient. Professional. Kind. Explained what they were doing. Accommodated my requests to clean before they installed the new machine. Accommodated that my furnace condensation line drained into the same out flow pipe as the washer. A more than satisfactory experience. Very very nice young men.

They arrived on time, were very nice and friendly. This is our second purchase from Albert Lee and we are very pleased. In fact, I was so excited about my new stove, I forgot to tip them. Is there a way I can remedy that?
