Needed custom ductwork fabrication to connect our new over-the-range microwave vent to existing ductwork with a challenging offset. Nathan from Harts was great throughout the entire process. He took careful measurements and detailed notes during the initial assessment, put me in touch with the right department to work with me on pricing to reach a fair agreement, and kept me updated on when the custom piece would arrive. When he returned for installation, he was prompt and professional - the entire job took less than an hour. The custom piece fit perfectly and everything was tested before he left. Really impressed with the quality of work and communication. Would definitely recommend Harts and Nathan specifically for any HVAC work.

Dominnick Martin was great! He took the time to explain everything to me about the hot water heater and gave me the pros and cons and of each type of system. He took the time to show me different choices to pick from and was in no hurry no rush no pressure. I felt like he actually truly cared about my satisfaction. If if it wasn't for Dominic's professionalism I don't know if I would have chosen this company. I had several other companies lined up to come in and take a look. After speaking with Dominic in the first 10 minutes I knew that he was the right choice! Harts you guys need to know that Dominic is an excellent installer and a true asset to your company!
