Friendly service. They helped load it. Purchased and installed it Saturday and it ended up having a broken motor. They are closed Sundays. Monday they were out here with a new motor replacement. Works great, great service, friendly people. Would recommend.

I purchased a washer and dryer about 6 months ago. The process was easy and Fatima was super nice. When the washer and dryer was delivered and hooked up the delivery guys couldn’t get the washer to start. They ended up ordering a new switch board and installing it almost a week later. 2 months ago our dryer started to stop after 5 minutes of starting with a filter error. My husband checked everything and there was no lint trapped so we couldn’t figure out the issue. We called Palmas to set up repair and was told to just use the timed cycle as the other cycles have sensors and something must be setting them off. It worked but I want my appliance to be fully functional!! She dismissed the repair and I decided to let it go and just used the timed dry (my fault for not pushing back) now the dryer is shutting off under timed dry as well!! Now the washer isn’t locking on certain settings!! I paid $1200 for the set and it lasted me less than 4 months! Of course it’s not under warranty anymore.

I had needed to replace my washing machine. Palma's had great reviews and they were close to my home. A quick read of the reviews sent me over there!! I had a great experience both finding the right machine and decided to purchase. I'm glad that I did!! The crew that installed the machine was great and friendly as well. I will see you again. I absolutely love shopping here for all of my appliance needs. I’m in real estate and always need affordable, newer/like new appliances and Palma has proven time and time again to be the best around! I appreciate shopping with her! She has gone the extra mile for me and she offers 90 day warranty on everything!! Highly recommended!!!
