When I came up to this kiosk last night, I was 18 hours into a phone nightmare and clinging to my last shreds of hope and sanity. This man was utterly unfazed, totally unflappable. Just took the phone and got right to work on it while I hovered nearby, gallantly fighting off hyperventilation. 20 minutes later I have never been so happy to see my own lock screen. I'm in Olympia, and if I ever need help with my phone again I'm hauling my ass straight up to Tacoma; this man has my loyalty for life. He's professional, competent, and affordable. Total Godsend.

My phone was fixed in under 5 minutes. He was super friendly and he has good customer service. It was WAY cheaper than the Apple Store. 100% worth it. 5 stars
0 stars. Brought my MacBook here, paid 220 for the part, then 264 for the service. When he ordered the piece, he never said it would not come with the MacBook Air logo/ apple logo. I was a little upset, but more upset that it was not specified to me at all previous to the purchase. Then after he replaced the screen, the camera quality was horrible to where I couldn't even see myself. To this he stated "he didn't touch." So I went back to undo and get a refund, and he would only give me a partial refund. I asked for a full refund (including the part I paid for) And he stated there's no return policy, yet that was also never stated or posted anywhere. (So he is probably going to charge someone else for the part sitting there that I paid for) He also claimed repeatedly I was the only person to ever complain, yet now I am seeing multiple 1 star reviews. He had fixed my iPad in the past with no problem, so I felt like it was trustworthy. When he put my original screen back on after my partial refund, the corner of the bottom strip was shattered. I confronted him about this because now my computer was in a worse state, and he claimed it was 'dirt.' He tried to wipe it off and when he realized it wasn't dirt he said, "oh that was there before.'' When it was not. Once my old screen was put back on the camera quality was back to normal. And the whole time we were trying to speak about the situation he was speaking over me and not letting me explain why I was upset.
Do not go to him, he is clearly a scammer and does not have his policies listed or stated before transactions.
