I'm SUPER happy with UP Appliance Repair. I contacted UP Appliance Repair via Text last night. I received a quick reply and got on their schedule for this morning. "between 9am and Noon" today. At approx. 11:00 am, Technician, Roman, texted me that he would arrive in "23 minutes". He quickly diagnosed and fixed our Microwave. He charged $100 for the service call...that was it. FIVE Stars is not enough praise for Roman and UP Appliance.
