Tyler arrived earlier than expected but we were available. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions, reassuring us our wood furnace was properly installed. He informed us on maintenance and made recommendations on how to keep us safe. Pricing was reasonable.

Today I had my chimney inspected and swept by Aarons Alternative energy & chimney service. Isaiah was my technician. Their communication was awesome, from the time I scheduled the appointment to the day they came out. They communicated confirmation and a reminder through text. When Isaiah arrived he introduced himself. He completed the inspection and sweep promptly. I feel confident that I can use my fireplace for the winter. I will be using Aaron’s alternative energy every year to service my chimney and fireplace.
