Fair Warning: I am extremely disappointed with the snow/ice removal services provided by Rex Rieger. They did not clear my parking lot but rather blocked my loading docks with the plowed snow so that my business could not receive deliveries causing a major disruption. They also left the parking spaces half way completed and some had the plowed snow in them. My employees had trouble finding a place to park when coming to work. Additionally, they did not clear the walkways in the front or back of the building creating a major liability for all employees and customers. Customers had to walk through the snow to get to my business front door. What person in their right mind would think this is an adequate and acceptable job? I had to call Rex Rieger to request that they come back and do the job correctly. They came back out and still left the walkways uncleared. Had to call again to get them to come a 3rd time. Then they charged me over $1,000 for all the visits they made when it should have been done correctly the first time. Wow. Just terrible. I have cancelled my agreement and will not be using them anymore.

Rex Reiger Landscaping removed old shrubs, a tree, a literal ton of landscape rock, a small fence and miles of weed fabric from several large beds around our house and pool. They planted fresh shrubs, a lovely shade garden, a weeping Cherry and a Ginkgo tree, built a new small fence, placed new weed fabric, brought fresh soil, a ton of fresh landscape rock and fresh mulch for the beds. They outlined the beds in lovely stonework. The team did every single thing I asked and more, they did a great job, were always here when they said they’d be and left the property spotless and looking beautiful. The team on our job were some of the nicest people I’ve had here to work. We could not be happier with the work or the people. We will definitely work with Rex and his team again.

We met Rex in March 2020 when we were searching for a company to completely rehabilitate our lawn and landscaping. He was great to work with and brought excellent ideas. It helps that he’s a really nice guy too! Since then, Rex and his team have delivered as promised. We can’t believe how much our lawn has improved and the plantings all look fantastic. His team was out today doing a spring clean up and they were professional and meticulous and you can tell that they were very focused on doing a great job. Rex and his team have done a wonderful job for us and we highly recommend them!
