Grant and his team came out to do a big revamp, clean and inspected our furnace as well as sanitize and clean our air ducts. Everyone was very open with communication and they were super easy to book with and got out to us fast! We are very pleased with everything and will definitely be using them again if needed!
I have a home and rental property and have hired Vogel Heating and Cooling to keep my radiators and forced air furnaces and AC units working smoothly for years. Yesterday, 12/11/2025, Steven Palazzolo from Vogel did a very thorough system maintenance check for 2 furnaces. He was very polite and knowlegeable and made sure they were running efficiently. I really appreciate the great service!
All I can do is say that my technician Jeremy was absolutely amazing. From the time he stepped foot into my home his customer service was exceptional. He couldn’t get the boiler going that night, he promised he’d get the part in the morning and come back. Not only did he come back, he called a more seasoned colleague to help troubleshoot the problem. Follow through is everything!!! Also the receptionist I think Melissa was very kind and attentive. You won’t go wrong with Vogel
All the staff at Vogel are great to work with. I have been a customer for years and I have met many staff through routine maintenance. I recently had a reason to have an additional heater installed. Cody was the installer. He knew exactly what to do and worked to complete the project. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He also made sure I understood the system and could get the most from it. Also, thanks Jeff for all your work!
