English Sweep

I had concerns with our chimney chase surround, especially after having roof replaced. English Sweep came by, assessed and gave recommendations. Easy to work with and explained everything well. Crew came by and did exact work explained and kept us informed throughout. They shared photos and went over the completed work. English Sweep was easy to work with, communicated well through out and did great work. Would recommend.

I bought my home five years ago and never had my double sided gas fireplace cleaned. The ceramic logs were charred black and we attempted to clean tem ourselves a few years ago. That was a huge unsuccessful mess. I'm so glad I found English Sweep. When I called to set-up the appointment, all of my questions were answered along with service cost. I appreciated all of their communication!! Confirming my appointment along with a text reminder a few days prior. I received a call from Kyle, my technician, when he was on his way. He was so professional, friendly and respectful. He did an amazing job not only cleaning my fireplace and logs, but took extreme measures to keep my home clean. He reviewed details of the job, offered a recommendation on replacing my old grate within the next few years, and answered all of my questions. I received a email detailed report including photos and a 19 point inspection recommended by the NFPA. Kyle used a chimscan camera/video to inspect the interior flue and climbed on the roof for an exterior inspection of the chimney and flashing. This was a wonderful experience. The logs cleaned up great and are perfectly places on the grate along with new substrate and glowing embers. I can't wait for cooler weather to fire it up 🔥
