My oven quit working the day before Thanksgiving. I had 15 people planned for Thanksgiving dinner. Aadam’s were the only repair shop out of 10 that could help me. Within 2 hours there was a repair man at my door. Jesse did a phenomenal job diagnosing and repairing my oven. Should I need another appliance repair, I will definitely call Aadams! Thank you Aadam’s appliance repair and Jesse!

Dorothy found a nice quality 8' drain pipe for my washer. They didn't have the 8' hoses in stock but ordered them, exactly what I wanted. Wonderful customer service.

Very poor faulty installation. 1. The tech used compression fitting in the main line rather than a shark bite valve on the repair drop. Repair drop was right next to where he put the compression fitting so why he chose that just shows me a lack of plumbing understanding and foresight. 2. Used 20ft of water when he only needed 15ft. Ran it above the duct work without securing it to the floor joist. Now there is 5ft of water line tucked on top of the duct work, hanging from the ceiling. Paid 150$ for this faulty installation. Company refused to make it right. Refused to fix the water line. Save your money. Do not hire Adams Appliance Service. They are garbage their techs will damage your home and create more problems.
