Worker came out was scared to get up into my attic (but he did). Told me everything he was going to do to fix my exhaust fan, then never came back. I kept in touch with the main secretary at the front desk who claimed she had no pne small enough to fit through the opening to my attic and yet the man who came fit just fine . All pf this was 2 months ago . She proceeded to say once she gets a worker she will send him out to fix my exhaust fan . Well never heard back from them .

there is no way I will ever go back to anyone else then these people. the are amazing at their work. keeps you up to date while their there and over text I have never been treat like a person it was always about money. but not with these people the treated me like I was a friend they knew their whole life. I know I'm talking about them a lot. it that they are just as mazing as their work. If you ever need anything done I would not even look for anyone else. and they do a lot of stuff mine was a furnace and he really worked hard no matter how long it took he was getting the job done. took him 6 hours to do my furnace and more because the guy that lived here be for us screwed a bit up. I could not be more grateful also he worked on my old furnace to get it to work first then when he found out it can't be he showed me what was wrong and the next day I had a new furnace and that's what took the 6 hours, and got to remember this is a family owned business THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE AND I WILL BE WORKING WITH YOU AGAIN SOON NEED MY CARPET DONE AND I TRUST NO ONE BUT YOU GUYS TO DO THE JOB AFTER SEEING WHAT YOU DID AND HOW YOU TREAT ME AND THE WHOLE FAMILE YOU HAVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE and they make sure the place is clean and leave nothing behind again thank you Carrie he even did the contact and letting it dry overnight and coming back to add more and it's a weekend and their closed on weekends to that shows you home much they care about us
