Called and was able to get next day appointment. Had to order part but repair was completed the same week. The technician was a very nice man and the office staff as well. Would definitely recommend Mr Appliance to friends and family!

My experience was top notch from beginning to end. When I called to make the appointment, the entire process was explained well and I knew what to expect. And yet, it went beyond my expectations. Our service technician was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. A broken washing machine is hardly a good experience, but working with Mr. Appliance made it better. I highly recommend them!!
