Jonathan , the owner of 406 Innovative Solutions was very professional & accommodating. The first thing that I really appreciated was that he made time for my project & didn’t treat me like I was low on his priority list like some other companies. When he got in and realized it was going to be a bigger job than we anticipated , he was really great with presenting the options to me. He made sure to finish the job by coming in super early and also super late , including late into the night BEFORE his vacation! I would hire Jonathan again in a heartbeat! Great local company!

Beware. Huge RIP OFF. We hired 406 innovative solutions to help fix a broken pipe for our septic system, and were billed for $1,328. $812 for labor, $416 for parts, and a $100 service fee. This is insane. Jonathan was our plumber and spent 2 hours on the property total. He replaced a single plastic PVC pipe that had cracked in our house... nothing mechanical. When we asked for itemized receipts to understand how he got to this astronomical price and the parts Jonathan was unresponsive after multiple days. Jonathan has still not responded as of this message. At this time I think they are significantly overcharging and I would not use them again.
