I’ve only had great experiences here. They’re quick and very transparent about every aspect of their service. It’s the best shop I’ve been to and the only place I’ll go in the valley. Anthony is the man! Thank you!

Pay very close attention to the one star reviews! Do not be fooled. Very questionable and dishonest business practices. Initially I called because my truck had needed some work done, and they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, and said I needed to bring it in for an inspection that would be free of charge. I ended up getting the inspection done, and when I came to pick it up I was shown what repairs were needed but that they would email me a quote later. I eventually got the quote and it was close to 4k worth of repairs for wheel bearings, ball joints, and some other repairs as well. OK. A few weeks later my truck started having some more issues that I thought to be a transmission slippage so I called to make an appointment to get another inspection thinking it would be free of charge due to first appointment I had. No mention of a fee over the phone during scheduling of the appointment either! Well I drop the truck off come pick it up at the end of the day and I'm slapped with 155$ surprise fee for an inspection? I brought it to their attention how their was no mention of this when the appointment was scheduled, and the women at the desk looked at me dumbfounded not knowing what to say and one of them in the back says "Well we'll deduct it from the repairs if you decide to go through with them." and I had mentioned how my last inspection was free, and then some guy pipes up "We've never done free inspections." Which they do and I’ve included a photo below. I suppose that their counter argument would probably be that these are two different types of jobs however, even if that’s the case, I would’ve appreciated it had they just specified what the amount was gonna be. I don't mind paying for someones services obviously but SPECIFY over the phone how much its gonna cost! Don't hit me with some surprise fee.
I dropped a 30 year old truck with 'rear brake' problems on them short notice in the middle of a trip, they got me turned around in a day. My 1997 F-350 manifested a rear drum brake issue on a Monday afternoon. Called around, nobody wanted to touch drum brakes, Ron's was recommended, I needed to hit the road for a trip, Ron's got me in the following morning at 8:00AM, they sourced quality parts, replaced the oil covered rear drum system, and had me on the road. Had a problem shortly after, they had me come back, ended up just needing to reset the ABS computer. Then drove 1,800 miles across country with no issues. Prices are very fair, especially for skilled technicians.
I just dropped in asking how much for a front and rear end alignment. After I changed my struts and rear shocks. I was super surprised that they could do it right now and cheap. Only $120. Last time I was on vacation in Massachusetts and hit a giant pothole and had to get an alignment and it cost over $200. The ladies at the front desk are super nice. I wore on them that they ought not all three to be at the front counter all at the same time as I started feeling heart palpitations and I left my heart medication at home. They ought to have a caution sign at the front door warning. There could be two or more lovely women at the front desk at the same time . In a short order my car was ready. It was nice to know they take it for a 3-mile test drive. When I drove it it was dramatically different. The steering wheel was straight and it did not pull.. by changing out my struts and my rear shocks it offset my alignment and now it feels great. If you're visiting, take a look at their lineup of electric bikes which they also sell. Some of them have an 80 mile range on one charge of the electric battery. Whoever aligned my car. I hope y'all walk to the front door and take him and push him out and tell him he can go home early cuz it's his Friday and he can go home early with pay, with pay and when he gets back on Monday he gets a raise.
