Took my computer in for a cleaning and thermal paste touch-up, and got it back in slightly worse condition than before due to a slip-up in the chain of command, but with quick action, store management made sure to correct all error and make sure I ultimately left with a clean, functional PC as a happy customer. Honesty and transperency wins👍
The Kalispell RadioActive guys are amazing. They spent 2 days setting up a “new” hand me down hp laptop, upgrading the RAM and upgrading my old laptop to get fast reliable service and then synching it all together with iCloud. Hats off to this team!
I took my PS5 that had a broken HDMI port to RadioActive because they can do HDMI port replacements on Xboxes and PlayStations. I have nothing but good things to say about the service they provide, upfront they clearly told me about other potential problems that could exist outside of just the broken HDMI port and that they wouldn’t know until they opened it up and put the new port in. They were very honest about the wait time and communication was clear and consistent through the repair. After Radioactive finished working on my PS5 the HDMI port works and it is running perfectly. I highly recommend having them work on your devices.
I went in for an hdmi port replacement which was the only problem with my PlayStation 5. I then didn’t get a call back for almost two months then was told there was different issue. When they gave me my PlayStation back they forgot to give me my power cord so I had to go back and get it myself. Payed a 100$ dollars for a PlayStation that won’t even turn on. If you have an issue with your Ps5 I suggest anywhere but here.
