Tim with Timco is professional and courteous. He performed some maintenance on our boiler. Well done. He determined that the boiler we have would need to be replaced. We spoke about all the details and were all ready to go today. But alas, he was unwilling to wear a protective mask during the required 3 day installation process. In my household there is a 3 year old as well as a 6 week old infant, neither of whom can be vaccinated against COVID. They remain vulnerable, therefore the mask request. Really disappointed in Tim’s decision to walk away from this project!

I get a bit wordy so before you read this whole thing to hear about how awesome Tim and his services are take our word for it. Our old house (1917 build) seems to have at least one major issue per year. This year it was hose spigots. Both of our exterior spigots gave up the ghost over the winter. We also had a leaky faucet that was causing a small waterfall into the basement! Tim responded quickly to my call for help and was super great about working us into his busy schedule. He did quality work in a professional and efficient manner. His repairs and install work will last for years to come and we could not be happier. We put his magnet on the fridge and he will be our ONLY call in the future for plumbing or other issues that he can help with. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Tim!!
