We got a quote from another local plumbing outfit for a softener install that seemed high. Reached out to Jason at North Valley after reading his reviews and ended with saving about $1500. From his original visit to get us an estimate to the work being completed, he was professional, courteous, and always on time. His assistant Randi was great and even made time to entertain our dogs haha. Highly recommend North Valley and will continue to use them going forward. Update: Had our water heater go out and called Jason, he wouldn't be able to check things out until a couple days later, so we contacted another local plumber thinking it'd be a quick fix. Well, a week later, we still didn't have hot water, and with Christmas quickly approaching. The other plumber was unable to get a warranty claim filed with Navien and basically left us hanging. I called Jason on a Saturday and within about an hour (while he was at his kid's sporting event nonetheless) he had a brand new water heater headed our way, covered by warranty. He squeezed us into his busy schedule right before Christmas and had it installed in less than an hour. Cannot recommend him enough, Jason is the man!
