I couldn't not be happier with the service. I received the team at 128 updated my old 60 amp Fuse panel to a modern 200 amp breaker system and the entire process was smooth, professional and incredibly well done. They explained everything clearly, handled all the permitting and inspections and completed the work on time with great attention to detail. Zach did an excellent job installing our new smart thermostats purchased through 128 as part of their Base+ plan. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and took the time to walk me through the app setup step by step. His professionalism, attention to detail, and clear explanations made the entire process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Zach and the team at 128!

Overall we had a great experience, both with a whole-home ducted heat pump install and with electrical work. Once our Mass Save loan was approved, they called and were able to start service the very next day, which I was surprised by. Also everyone was very friendly and helpful – their hiring process must be excellent. Matt was especially awesome. He has a ton of experience as an electrician, and he constantly goes way above and beyond. Not only was his work excellent, but he was also a great communicator and educator (he was happy to answer any question I had in detail, whether about code or anything else). The only minor downside of 128 is that they do let their size show through. One example is that they seem to rotate different folks in and out from a job with little thought, which can cause confusion. This doesn't give a great impression, but, because all of their folks are solid, it is a relatively small issue. And they also put an advertisement banners in my lawn without asking, which is a pet peeve of mine.
