I contacted this business about my range hood not venting properly, and the owner came out to inspect. However, it wasn’t made clear—either during our initial call or when scheduling—that there would be a fee for the visit. I was surprised to learn about the $80 consultation fee after the inspection, especially since the diagnosis was simply a clogged vent. While Saif was informative, I believe future customers should be fully aware of any fees upfront when booking an appointment.

My old stacked washing machine broke about a month ago and I had no idea where to start looking for a reliable repair service. I wondered if it was too old to even be fixed. I did some google searching, made some calls, and chose ZBS because of good reviews and because they answered right away. Mr. Ndossa and his employee were professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and came back to make the repair by the next week. They arrived within the time frame they provided and even allowed me to reschedule the repair at the last minute without any issues. I would call them again any time and am so happy to have a reliable repair service in mind for the future!
