Todd is a miracle worker. He found the only refrigerator on the East Coast that was available to be installed in my condo so that I could move in on time and have the refrigerator that my kitchen was designed to accommodate. He went so far above and beyond what would be expected that I cannot thank him enough, and I recommend M&M without hesitation to anyone who expects great customer service as well as quality appliances.

We drove past M&M storefront for years. So glad we finally stopped in. We had an immediate and superior experience. Clayton sat us down and clearly explained inventory and realistic delivery windows, which were flexible and specific, This was a welcome change, as the big box stores, while offering lots of options, and shop from internet convenience, delivered nothing but frustration. Big box delivery promises resulted in scheduling headaches, missed trucks, and returns. We appreciated the local team’s honesty and expertise. They provided data-driven transparency, explaining the realistic outcomes and high return rates (10 out of 15!) associated with our first choice, allowing us to make an informed decision. Clayton called a person(?!) in inventory to verify the stainless steel model we wanted was in stock. It was delivered exactly when promised. The store's name was on the delivery truck! They even gave us a direct phone number for peace of mind. Highly recommend them for great service!
