Very professional and thorough. Like others said, they did a good job at explaining what they were doing and how they were doing it. My kitchen intake was the worst. They also showed me after, while clean, some of the grease is impossible to take off from the walls of the ducts even with brushing but it was super clean comparatively.

Really fantastic service. Quick, easy to schedule with, honest, and friendly. Ben was a pleasure to work with, took the time to explain everything. And the technician Avi he brought in was great as well. Stellar work, will plan to use them for any future work of this kind.
