I came in to get some links removed from my watch and Louis was fantastic. He finished the job promptly and measured it to my wrist perfectly. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Workers were very amicable, but the price for simple jobs is too high. A battery replacement that takes a few minutes cost $28 and resizing a chain-link bracelet cost $38. You're better off buying a watch toolkit online and doing these simple repairs/adjustments yourself.

Louis made my watch wearable again. The bracelet has push & collar pins, which fell apart. Louis repaired and checked each link. As always, incredible service. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
