Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I strongly recommend choosing a repair shop that offers a guarantee and stands behind the products they install. I had the screen on my iPhone replaced here, and it has been glitchy ever since. My text messages are altered while typing, apps randomly switch while I’m using them, and the phone frequently freezes—sometimes to the point where even shutting it down is difficult. When I contacted the owner to explain the issues, I was told they do not offer any guarantees and that the screen was aftermarket. While I was aware it wasn’t an original manufacturer screen at the time of repair, I did not expect such poor quality. I’ve only had the screen for about a month. During my visit, another customer was complaining about a screen installed on her laptop. The owner was dismissive and offered no solution, simply repeating that there was no guarantee. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider a repair shop that stands behind its work.
