Technician there is very knowledgeable and patient. I went there today with laptop problems. Even though I ended up not paying for any repairs because of the age and multiple software and hardware problems of my computer and thus I’d better just get a new laptop, the technician at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient, and generously answered all my questions and gave me advise when I sought. I feel this is a reliable, calm and successful place. I will come back if I have computer problems in the future. And there are ample parking spaces outside the shop.

Saved my PC! Tony is a genius problem solver. I did a custom PC build in April and was experiencing crashes whenever I ran a specific 3D software. I had taken my computer to 3 other repair people who all told me I needed to replace parts and when I did that and it still was crashing, I was frustrated and stumped. Thankfully my girlfriend, (feeling sorry for my months of crashes) looked online and found YY Computers. Tony treated the computer as if it were his own and was able to create the right circumstances to identify the mysterious crash. He swapped out parts and confirmed what I needed. I ordered a new motherboard and he installed it and setup Windows for me. I'm so grateful. My PC has been working smooth since. I highly recommend this shop .Communication is great and turnaround was quick once the problem was found. So grateful!
