I took my Dell desktop to Conrad because it was running extremely slow. I read some other reviews and they seemed to tell me it was worth a try. I could not have been more pleased. Conrad had an opening the same day I called and was able to diagnose the computer within a couple days. He discovered the issue and with his help corrected the problem all the while communicating with me and keeping me informed the whole time. Conrad is an excellent computer trouble shooter. He helped me with some network issues that I was having and in installing a back RAID system and in choosing the most optimal configuration for my storage and processing needs. In addition, he helped resolve some issues for my home theatre system. He is a great communicator and is able explain technical jargon and concepts in plain English. He is very respectful with a great sense of humor.
