My hard drive failed. AAA Tech helped me assess what my options were and how to move forward, then put in a new one for me, with more power, more memory. Instead of having to replace my macbook pro, I got most of the benefits of a new machine for a fraction of the cost. Very convenient that Hue came to me, picked it up on a Thursday late afternoon, had it back to me the following Monday.

My computer was giving me a blue screen of death right after login. I knew I wasn't able to solve it on my own so I gave AAA Mobile Tech Support a call. After speaking to them for a couple of minutes they diagnosed the issue. They were very open with their rates right from the start 35$ for diagnostic 150$ for virus removals I took in my pc on a saturday and 10 days after. They get a lot of business

I gave him my exact address. He told me he would come at 12:30PM. Calls at 12:34 PM saying he won't come in because there's no parking. I look outside immediately. No cars parked on either side of the street, in addition to having my own driveway. He says "nevermind, you should call somebody else." I'd avoid him if you're looking for a professional experience.

We used Hue to trouble-shoot/repair my wife's VAIO laptop. Initially, it would work for a while, then overheat, slow down, and eventually hang. Hue installed an SSD in place of the original HD and transfered all the programs and data. As you would expect, the laptop was much more responsive, and my wife was ecstatic. Hue also provided good counsel on backups. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and personable.
