Even though most of our interactions are remote, they do a fantastic job maintaining continuity and building real relationships with their clients — it never feels impersonal. I’ve been personally working with Michael for several months now and he’s been wonderful! It’s nice that I can crack a few jokes while he’s doing all the tech magic stuff that I don’t understand 😊 Tech issues can be showstoppers when it comes to the workplace; they’re always quick to respond when tech issues come up, and I can count on them to troubleshoot calmly and effectively.
