Second visit to this special business. I needed a screen protector for an old phone. He ordered it and fixed it to the phone. Also showed me how to use the iphone vs Android. Affordable and convenient too.
I come in with my Galaxy 10e which was stuck in bootloop. These so called "experts" proceeded to destroy my board by giving it to an inexperienced guy on this repair when they could've just told me they don't specialize in that. Charged me $50 to look at it to destroy it. Amazing service!!!! The dude who worked on it came down to show his defeated face while I was trying to figure out why my phone won't start up with the front desk guy. Then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't salvageable at all and that it's cuz the phone is old. Dude ik the phone is old but I came to you to fix it damnit. What kinda customer service is that???
My three-year-old phone was charging poorly. Stopped in at 10:25 and I’m walking back to my car 10 minutes later. They cleaned the port, and if it gets dirty or clogged again in the next couple months, I can bring it back for a free re-leaning. $45 and instant walk-in service: these guys are the best. I’ve been here before for a replacement screen and other issues and they’ve always been fast and reliable.
I went to them to upgrade the display for my Lenovo ThinkPad. Parts were provided. Paid $140 for labor, and it was ready within a couple hours. The new display works, but the old display was chipped and cracked in the extraction process. The bottom of the bezel no longer remains flush with the display. If you have a bit of prior experience opening up any electronics, I suggest you research the proper parts, tools, and tutorials to save yourself some money and potentially end up with a better result.
