Five golden stars for Danny and Cael, who showed up early and put in a long day to replace my water heater! More importantly, they were both meticulous and neat. As a homeowner, I can appreciate their attention to detail and the care they put into their work. Especially as my condo, built in the 90s, has some quirks. Such as the water heater is located in a corner of the kitchen, under a tight crawlspace. It required removing my stove (into the hallway of the condo!), then unscrewing a panel, and then removing another corner of the cabinet!
