Can't say enough how good we got treated by Bo who came to inspect our issue. How polite and patient ,we were able to understand our situation and streamlined remedy to the issue at hand. Real pleasure have a little local conversation at the same time. We're fans of Bo Worley. Edit: once the estimate for the repair was signed the job was scheduled for the following week. The two fellas showed up as promised like clockwork and began setting up the repair immediately. I helped out where I could making a clear route to the repair areas. James and his partner who I didn't catch his name were everything I hoped for as repair technicians. And they worked with me continuous to make sure my experience was very satisfying. I feel my home is safetied out now because of Woodridge.

Nate Noyce came for our 6 month service on our heat pump. He was very Professional, Courteous and easy to talk to. My wife and I have been very pleased right from the purchasing the unit to the installation and any questions we have had. I the sincerely hope your supervisors know what an awesome group you are!!! We had an excellent experience with Woolridge Heating, Air, & Electrical& Plumbing and their on-call technician. Our call was answered after 8 PM on a Friday night, which alone was impressive. They had someone out the very next morning by 9:30 AM, and the issue with our unit was diagnosed quickly and clearly explained. The repair was reasonable, efficient, and completed before 11 AM — especially appreciated with single-digit temperatures in the forecast. A huge thank-you to Brent Thacker, our HVAC tech, for being professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate the quick response and great service. Highly recommend!
