Made an appointment with Richard. He didn't show up. He didn't call. He didn't return my calls. If you're looking to book an appointment with a plumber that never shows up, Richard from Rooter Man is your guy!!!

I had Richard unclog a drain line at a laundromat store where I am a service technician and the level of experience was out of this world. Richard was kind, thorough, experienced and did not leave until I was completely happy with the job. If I am in need of his service again i will be calling Richard to save the day and I would recommend his services for all plumbing needs.

Richard did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond. He even worked outside in the pouring rain and used his camera equipment to find out what the problem was and it was a broken pipe. He’s very thorough and cleans up behind himself. I would highly recommend him if you have a clog.

Richard is the best, and does great work. He's done tons of drain-cleaning for our properties, repairs, and more, and is always professional, responsive, and most importantly, fixes the issue.

After calling 3 different plumbers and them not showing up as promised and ignoring my phone calls I finally came across Rooters Plumbing. I wish I would have found them first! I called and he was in my store an hour later. He was very nice and super helpful! Definitely recommend company! If I could give more than 5 starts I definitely would! GREAT JOB GUYS 🙌🏻
