I have been using Plumb Care Plumbing for years. My problem was found on a Friday night. The service call was placed on Saturday morning. Not thinking, I did not answer any strange numbers. First thing Monday morning, I was contacted by Plumb Care. Cliff came out and fixed the problem within an hour. In talking, he had done other work for me. It’s good to know you have good dependable plumbers when you need one. Great customer service. They have my recommendation anytime!

The quality of filling in the trench was extremely poor. We had to fill it in ourselves. Our French drain was not reinstalled either. Even after pointing it out to them, I had to repair it. Plan on hiring professional landscapers if you were getting your pipe replaced in your lawn. The wait time for the repair was over a week longer than estimated so make sure they have working equipment before you make a deposit. Our water works, so they did that part well and customer service was good.

On December 22,2025 my gas water heater flooded my guest room, laundry area, and bathroom hallway. My carpet was soaked. After contacting my insurer, I had first reached out to a different plumber my Uncle had recommended. I only got a voicemail during my emergency. I was then referred to Plumb Care plumbing who immediately took my call, and sent out Jordan within an hour. My mind was put immediately at ease knowing Jordan was on his way to diagnose my water heater problem. He was professional, kind, and fixed my water heater. The service was amazing, especially 4 days before Christmas. I highly recommend Plumbing Care Plumbing ! Thank you for taking care of my emergency event!
