I came in after my iPhone 13 suddenly stopped working- I had a great experience at WiseFix start to finish. Zack was extremely professional and friendly. He took the time the explain the issue and how he could help. The price was very reasonable and the repair was done quickly. I really appreciated his honesty and great customer service. My phone now works perfectly and he saved me from having to buy a new phone! I would highly recommend going to WiseFix!!

One evening I walked into WiseFix very close to the store's closing time. Even at that hour, Nate was pleasant and patient. I showed Nate what I needed. He quoted me a price that was almost $30.00 cheaper than the repair place up the road and even though it was now well past his end-of-shift, he immediately ordered the supplies he'd need to repair the screen on my tablet. The next day he called to tell me that if I could bring my tablet in, that he could have the repairs done in a couple of hours. So in just about 24 hours time, Nate managed to hear my request, order the necessary materials, fix and return my tablet to me. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
