Ashley was nothing short of AMAZING! I went in thinking I needed more space on my computer and Ashley stated I just needed a quick restart on my computer. Anytime I am in the area and need a tech to look at it, this place is my go to for sure. Thank you Ashley, you are amazing!
Very disappointed and would not use them again. I had an issue and went to pick up my computer, I requested to speak to the manager and was told the manager was in a different location. The counter help asked what my issue was, I explained it to her. She became defensive developed and attitude and proceeded to tell me why I was wrong this notwithstanding the fact that I was sold substandard equipment from Tech 911. Very poor attitude. While the person who "assisted" me would benefit greatly from remedial customer service training this behavior appears to be more of a company culture issue, how dare I question her. This is not the same company since it was purchased by ABS. There are many options for computer assistance, I have crossed this one off my list

Chris and his team were great to work with they not only upgraded our internet but also installed locks and cameras for added peace of mind. They were extremely patient when helping us navigate our new equipment and we are grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend.
